Other festivities provided were a money machine that students could get inside and try their hand at catching flying money mixed in with fake money and coupons and “old-timey” western outfits you could get your picture taken in.
Contests included a flapjack eat-off won by Emily Anderson and a timed chili-eating contest won by Robert Sholar.
The biggest winner of the night, though, seemed to be Isaiah Grimes who won the $500 grand prize. When his name was drawn he wanted to let his excitement be known, so he jumped in the air and ran circles around the stage until he was almost completely out of breath.
