Faced with delivering toys to all the good girls and boys around on Christmas Eve, Santa took time out from his busy schedule last Thursday to visit Solutions Tax and Bookkeeping Service to bring some early Christmas cheer.

Solutions co-owner Kim Bivins said that her company worked with the Helping Hands Food Bank to identify the needs and wants of children in low-income families for Solutions to provide as Christmas gifts.

“This is the second year we’ve done this,” said Bivins. “We get with (Helping Hands Co-founder K.G. Ariagno and find families that might not have a Christmas. We invite them to our Christmas party and have gifts and food for them. While Santa is here, we invite our clients to come take pictures.”

Bivins said that Solutions purchases all the gifts and food for the party. “We feel like it’s something that needs to be done to show our support for the community.”

“This is really nice of the people from Solutions,” said Ariagno. “This is the second year they’ve done it for the kids who need some more Christmas and get to see Santa. Solutions is another of the many nice small businesses in the community. I don’t know who has more fun, the kids they help, or the people who put it on.”
