“It’ll take a couple of weeks to repair the damage,” Fowler said, although he didn’t know how much the damage would cost. As of Monday, there were still repairs to be made.
There was less damage in the county, and only one road, Trigg Furnace Road, was completely blocked by a downed tree, although a few others were partially blocked, Trigg County Road Foreman Tommy Hanberry said.
Most of the damage in the county was in the form of downed limbs and the occasional downed tree, Hanberry added.
