Admission to the concert is free, though donations will be collected at the venue for the event- the Trigg County Recreation Complex. The concert begins at 11 A.M. and is scheduled to last until 7 P.M.
“We’re having Alonzo Pennington, Sworn- which is made up of Trigg County Sheriff’s and Cadiz Police personnel, and the Harper Brothers play. When Sworn played last year, the whole complex was full,” said organizer Joey White.
“We’re going to have lots of good food. Peanut Thomas is barbecuing. We’ll have some door prizes and raffles. I’m asking everyone to please come out and support the community. It will be a lot of fun. We’re raising money to help fulfill the dreams of the kids of Trigg County.”
