Mr. and Mrs. David West, of Hopkinsville and Kent Whitaker, of Cadiz, would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Whitney West to Joshua Gray, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Gray, of Cadiz.

Grandparents of the bride elect are Mr. and Mrs. Charles West, of Cadiz, Mrs. Margaret Holland, of Cadiz and the late Eddie Holland. Grandparents of the Fiancé are Mr. and Mrs. Bill Wiist, of Cadiz, and Mr. and Mrs. James T. Gray, of Cadiz.

The bride elect attends Murray State University where she will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education in December 2007. Her fiancé attends Western Kentucky University and will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing in December 2007.

The wedding is scheduled for September 29, 2007, at 2 p.m. at the Cadiz Baptist Church.

All friends and relatives are invited to attend. Invitations are being sent to out of town guests only.
