Wildcats hammer Livingston 69-37 to advance in All-A Tournament

Trigg County used a 23-1 first half run to dismantle Livingston Central 69-37 Tuesday in the first round of the boys' All-A Second Region Tournament in Smithland.

Jeremy Jones led the Wildcats with 17 points, while Jamaal Boyd added 16.

Livingston Central had no player score more than six points. Leading scorer Tyler Hunter fouled out with just three points.

The Wildcats improve to 14-4 on the season and will play University Heights in the semifinals Friday night at Lyon County High School.

The Blazers edged Providence 83-75 Monday.
