TCHS golf, TCMS basketball teams host golf tourneys this weekend

The Trigg County High School golf team will host its annual fundraiser golf scramble at Boots Randolph Golf Course at 1 p.m. June 25. The tournament will be a four-person scramble and is $25 per person. This does not include green fees. There will be mulligans, skirts and throws available for $5 each, with a limit of one each per player. A $400 grand prize will be awarded to the first place team, with $200 for second place, a $100 random drawing, $10,000 for a hole-in-one and door prizes. Lunch will also be provided.

The Trigg County Middle School boys basketball team will host its 3rd Annual Golf Tournament at Boots Randolph Golf Course at 1 p.m. June 26. The tournament will be a four-man scramble and is $100 a team. This does not include green fees. There will be mulligans, skirts and throws for $5 each and a putting contest which are all optional to the golfer. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and eighth place. Dinner will be served at noon.
