Barbara Jean is the daughter of the late Cletus and Irene Stagner Ricks.
Norris is the son of the late Amos and Helen Herndon Futrell.
The couple has two children, Mitzi and Greg McNichols, and Stacy and Janay McGill Futrell; four grandchildren, Hunter and Hannah McNichols and Audrey and Graham Futrell; and a step-grandson and step-great grandson, Shane and Connor McNichols.
The couple will be honored by their children with a reception held on Saturday, July 16, 2011, from 2-4 p.m., at New Hope Baptist Church in Trigg County. All family and friends are invited. The couple requests no gifts.
