Funeral services for Ronald Cole, 70, of Cadiz, were conducted on Friday, April 30, 2004, at 2 p.m., at Vancil Memorial Funeral Chapel, in Springield, IL. Goodwin Funeral Home was in charge of the services.

Mr. Cole died on April 26, 2004, at 3:30 a.m., at his home, of natural causes.

Mr. Cole was born on March 10, 1934, in Peoria, IL. He was the son of Hazel Cole, of Springfield, IL, and the late Charles Curtis Cole.

Mr. Cole was retired from Austin Engineering in Peoria, IL, with 30 years of service; was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving during the Korean Conflict; and was of the Protestant Faith.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Dorothy Cole, of Cadiz; his Mother, Hazel Cole, of Springfield, IL, and daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia Ann and Damon Keller, of Peoria, IL.
