The Rev. Leslie Joyce will officiate the services. Burial will follow in the Jenny Ridge Cemetery in LBL.
Mrs. Smith died on May 10, 2004, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville of natural causes.
Mrs. Smith was born on Jan. 20, 1922, in Golden Pond. She was the daughter of the late Bailey U. and Ruby Irene Shaw Joyce.
Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Eugene Smith; a son, Robert Ormond Smith; three brothers, Eura Joyce, Leonard Joyce and Robert Joyce; a sister, Mamie Taylor; two sisters in infancy; a grandson, Josiah Smith; and a great-granddaughter, Erika Geiger.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth Joe and Josephine Smith of Nortonville, Ky., and Lloyd Lee and Denise Smith of Louisville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce Ann and Ben Garrott, of Cadiz, and Betty and Tim Moore, of Washington; a sister, Pansy Foree of Cadiz; 15 grandchildren, Raymond Kelley, Debra Geiger, Sarah Gamble, Jacob Long, Kristi Smith, Sabrina Murrah, Kim Connor, Megan Smith, Lori Anderson, Donnedda Moore, Misty Brown, Timie Ryanne Moore, Timothy Moore, Will Garrott, and Joseph Garrott; and 16 great-grandchildren, Selena Kelley, Keirstin Kelley, Devan Kelley, DeeAnna Geiger, Kayla Geiger, Amanda Geiger, Alyssa Gamble, Austin Gamble, Ashley Cannon, Brandi Murrah, Austin Long, Christina Nelson, Dalton Nelson, Noble Anderson, Kelsey Moore and Victoria Brown.
Memorials can be made to the charity of the donors choice.
