Mitchell shot a two-round score of 158 at the USGA Junior Sectional Qualifyer July 6 at Cincinnati’s TPC Course at Rivers Bend.
Mitchell was ten shots behind the winner and four shots out of an automatic qualifying spot.
Tyler Mitchell tied for 15th with a two-round score of 164.
