Funeral services for Charles Edward Suiter, 64, of Cadiz, were conducted on Monday, July 19, 2004, at 2 p.m., at Goodwin Funeral Home.

Rev. Marvin Fredrick officiated at the services. Burial followed in New Jerusalem Cemetery in Trigg County.

Mr. Suiter died on Friday, July 16, 2004, at 9:40 a.m., at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah of natural causes.

Mr. Suiter was born on March 26, 1940, in Clarksville, Tenn. He was the son of the late Charles M. Suiter and Lenora Patterson Suiter Batts.

Mr. Suiter was retired from Wheelebrator, Inc., of South Bend, Ind.; and retired Manager of Direct Gas Station of Mayfield; and he was of the Baptist Faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Dorothy Jackson, Maggie Beadles, and Charline Curlin; and one brother, George Suiter.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy Henderson Suiter; a daughter, Greta Toth of Lake Station, Ind.; seven sons, Keith Suiter and Bo Dixon, both of Cadiz, Richard Wright Suitor of Scherville, Ind., Charlie Suiter, Joshua Suiter, and Cory Suiter, all of Mishawaka, Ind., and James Dedmon of Bumpus Mills, Tenn.; five brothers, Jerry Suiter, Bro. James Suiter, and Billy Suiter, all of Mayfield, Willie Suiter of Paducah, and Raymond Suiter of Tucson, Ariz.; one sister, Jean Burden of Fairfield, Ind.; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers were James Dedmon, Bo Dixon, Wendall Suiter, Randy Hawkins, Mark Hawkins, Kenneth Crawford, Jeff Crawford, Eric Crawford, Paul Toth, Keith Suiter, and Richard Suiter.
