Funeral services for Louise Josephine Oatts Ketcham Lundell, 91, of Cannon Falls, Minn., were conducted on Tuesday, August 17, 2004, at 2 p.m., at Lundberg Funeral Home in Cannon Falls.

Pastor, Daniel Horn, officiated at the services. Burial followed at St. Ansgar’s Lutheran Cemetery in Cannon Falls.

Mrs. Lundell died on Monday, August 9, 2004, at the Angels Care Center in Cannon Falls.

Ms. Lundell was born on March 31, 1913, in Christian County. She was the daughter of the late David and Katherine Dickinson Oatts.

Mrs. Lundell was a homemaker, gardener, quilter, and a crocheter; she was also a waitress at the Dew Drop Inn in Cannon Falls for many years; was a member of the Stanton United Methodist Church and a former member of the Cadiz United Methodist Church. She and her husband were also farmers in Goodhue and Cannon Falls Township, Minn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert E. Lundell, in June 2001; a son-in-law, Edgar Olson in February 2004; two brothers, Haywood Oatts and Richard Oatts; and two sisters, Viva Oatts and Rowena Towalski.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary Olson of Cannon Falls; three grandchildren and spouses, Deanna Olson and Larry Jensen of Cannon Falls, Wyatt Olson and friend, Diane Mooney, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Cammy and Bob Johnson of Nevis, Minn.; great-grandson, Adam and Celia Madison of Walla Walla, Wash.; two great-great-grandchildren, Ilsa Madison and Calvin Madison; nephews, Ray Siler and Steven Oatts; sisters-in-law, Jane Oatts and Juanita Oatts, both of Hohenwald, Tenn., Lois Lundell, Irene Lundell, and Hazel Lundell, all of Cannon Falls, and LaMyra Sumner of South Prairie, Wash.; and many nieces and nephews.
