Cadiz is hometown for several of my family, and I wanted to suggest a story if you haven't already posted on the subject.
I know Cadiz is about the most patriotic community I've been to and has always been eager to support our soldiers.
There is a website called www.anysoldier.com which was started by a soldier's family as a way for troops to receive care packages from citizens other than family.
You can read the requests of troops in Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, and around the world--then send letters and packages to them.
What a morale booster, to receive a note from someone just saying thank you and we care about you.
If you would be able to put a small blurb in your paper or website about this great program, it would mean a lot to me--but it would mean the world to our soldiers far from home!
