Rev. Chris Sparkman will officiate at the services. Burial will follow in the Lawrence Cemetery, Cadiz.
Mrs. Cook died on Saturday, April 30, 2005, at 4:30 p.m., at the Trinity Hospital in Erin, Tenn., of natural causes.
Mrs. Cook was born on April 7, 1911, in Stewart County, Tenn. She was the daughter of the late Alex and Alice Crutcher Outland.
Mrs. Cook was a homemaker, and a member of Rocky Ridge Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas D. Cook; a son, Bobby L. Cook; a sister, Rose Knight; two brothers, John Outland, and William Outland; a grandchild, Douglas Weckman; and a great-grandchild, Alexandra Arnold.
Survivors include six sons, Darrell O. Cook, and Leslie W. Cook, both of Dover, Tenn., Glenn W. Cook of Cave Creek, Ariz., Howard D. Cook, and Raymond F. Cook both of Knoxville, Tenn., and Donald O. Cook of Murray; a daughter, Janice Hicks of Jackson, Tenn.; a brother, Robert D. Outland of Chicago, Ill; 20 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Darrell O. Cook, Donald O. Cook, Glenn W. Cook, Howard D. Cook, Leslie W. Cook, and Raymond F. Cook.
