Rev. Gary Lovitt officiated at the services. Burial followed in Union Hill Cemetery in Cadiz.
Mr. Mullennix died on Thursday, May 5, 2005, at 7:40 p.m., at his home following a short illness.
Mr. Mullennix was born on February 25, 1956, in Grand Rapids, Mich. He was the son of LaVern and Joyce Lile Mullennix.
Mr. Mullennix was a factory worker at White Hydraulics, Inc., and a member of Brandon’s Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Mullennix; and his grandparents, Harold and Margaret Mullennix, and Jim and Margaret Lile.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his wife, Patricia Gail Taylor Mullennix of Cadiz; a daughter, Leslie Nicole Mullennix of Cadiz; a brother, Mike Mullennix of Wisconsin; and six sisters, Linda Adams, Deanna Ercoli, and Venus Brommer, all of Cadiz, Phillis Dolan of Round Lake Beach, Ill., Leslie Bass of Hazelcrest, Ill., and Carol McCarthy of Blue Island, Ill.
Serving as pallbearers were Chris Taylor, Craig Banister, Steven Bass, Jesse Ercoli, Todd Hall, Jim Lassiter, Jesse Adams, and Josh Johnson.
Honorary pallbearers were Employees of White Hydraulics, Inc.
