Rev. Alan Hopper officiated at the services. Burial followed in Judge’s Chapel Cemetery in Christian County.
Mrs. Mannahan died on Sunday, July 3, 2005, at 1:02 p.m., at Dawson Pointe Nursing Home in Dawson Springs, apparently of complications of Huntington’s disease.
Mrs. Mannahan was a native of Christian County. She was the daughter of Georgia Young Wagoner of Crofton, and the late Minor Brasher Wagoner.
Mrs. Mannahan was a homemaker and was a member of Calvary Falls Gospel Church in Nortonville.
In addition to her father, her husband, Joe David Mannahan, preceded her in death in 1998.
In addition to her mother she is survived by three sons, Billy Joe Mannahan, and Donnie Lee Mannahan, both of White Plains, and David Ray Mannahan of Cadiz; one daughter, Sheila Mannahan Dawson of Crofton; two brothers, Junior Ray Wagoner, and Bobby G. Wagoner, both of Crofton; one sister, Betty Sue Baker of Crofton; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Hughart & Beard Funeral Home in Crofton was in charge of all the arrangements.
