Skipper's Boatique lost its maintenance garage after a fire Sunday.
Kenneth Dietrich, the 10-year owner of the marine business was notified early Sunday that his business had caught fire. Apparently from eyewitness accounts the carpeting on a boat caught fire while inside the maintenance garage.
Dennis Seeley, an employee at Skipper’s, was working on a boat installing the carpet, shifter and throttle mechanisms when he said he touched a screw with his screwdriver and the entire boat went up in flames.
