Last week, Cadiz City Attorney Jamus Redd sent 15 relevant documents to Askew to be reviewed. The particulars of the oral agreement were announced Sept. 8.
“I’m sure there’ll be some give and take on the documents,” Redd said.
Askew and Redd are currently discussing the details of the documents, which include some settlement agreements.
