Rev. Mark Faughn officiated at the services. Burial followed in Wall Cemetery in Trigg County.
Mr. Perry died on Tuesday, October 18, 2005, at 11 a.m., at his residence.
Mr. Perry was the son of the late Walter “Clint” and Frances Lois Nichols Perry.
Mr. Perry was a retired correctional officer for Kentucky State Penitentiary in Eddyville; a member of Unity Baptist Church in Fredonia; a member of Dycusburg Masonic Lodge #232 in Dycusburg, Mark Tyler Masonic Lodge #319 in Trigg County, and a member of Rizpah Shrine Temple in Madisonville.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Wanda Waldrop Perry; a son and daughter-in-law, Clint and LeAnn Perry of Eddyville; a grandson, Zack Perry of Eddyville; and a brother, Carl Perry of Caldwell County.
