The Oakland Manor in Hopkinsville was the setting for the exchanging of wedding vows of Fallon Lynne Ruth of Cadiz, and Jonathan Allen Waldrop of Hopkinsville, at 3 p.m., on Saturday, October 16, 2005.

The bride is the daughter of Todd and Lori Vance of Raeford, N.C.

The bridegroom is the son of John and Christi Waldrop of Hopkinsville.

Bishop Brian Adams officiated at the ceremony.

Music was provided by Kristin Reynolds of Hopkinsville, pianist; and Ammie Minton, cousin of the groom, sang “The Rose.”

The bride was escorted and given in marriage by her stepfather, Todd Vance.

Michelle Calhoun, friend, of Cadiz, served as Matron of Honor.

Kimberly Waldrop of Hopkinsville, sister of the groom, served as bridesmaid.

Jr. Bridesmaid was Jordan Cornett of Hurdle Mills, N.C., cousin of the bride.

Allison White of Crofton kept the Guest Register.

Madison Cornett, cousin, and daughter of Susan and Doug Cornett of Hurdle Mills, N.C., served as Flower Girl.

The groom chose his father, John Waldrop of Hopkinsville, to be his Best Man.

Jonathan Paul Shemwell, friend, of Hopkinsville, served as Groomsman.

Allen Warren of Statesville, N.C., uncle of the bride, served as Usher.

Mason Sims, cousin of the groom, and son of David and Laura Sims of Hopkinsville, served as Ringbearer.

A reception followed the ceremony at Oakland Manor.

Following a wedding trip to Nassau, Bahamas (cruise), the couple is residing in Hopkinsville.

The bride is a phlebotomist.

The groom works at Commonwealth Agri-Energy.
