Rev. Richard Sexton officiated at the services. Burial followed in East End Cemetery in Cadiz.
Mrs. Finley died on Monday, February 20, 2006, at 11 p.m., at Trigg County Hospital of natural causes.
Mrs. Finley was born on November 21, 1916, in Trigg County. She was the daughter of John Gilbert and Docia Baker Guier.
Mrs. Finley was a homemaker and a Daycare Provider; and was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Clayton Finley; a sister, Monico Dale Guier Bridges; and a daughter-in-law, Hazel Finley.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Bill G. and Sandra Finley of Bowling Green; daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Marshall Hammond of Evansville, Ind.; four grandchildren, John M. Hammond, Jann M. Hammond, David Myers, and Donna Myers; and four great-grandchildren, Amanda Hammond, Tyler Hammond, Allie Hammond, and Brittney Cockrell.
Freddy Smith, pianist and Teresa Smith, organist provided the music.
Serving as pallbearers were Eric Bridges, Todd Bridges, Johnny Calhoun, John Bill Calhoun, Wayne Cook, and Sonny Finley.
