Mike Franklin officiated at the services. Burial followed in the cemetery.
Mr. Morgan died on Wednesday, April 12, 2006, at 12:34 p.m., at his residence following a short illness.
Mr. Morgan was born on July 30, 1953, in Muhlenberg County. He was the son of the late James H. and Juanita Gregory Morgan.
Mr. Morgan was a farm worker at Bright Life Farms; and was a member of Creswell Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Henaritta Morgan; and three brothers, Tony Morgan, Harold Morgan, and Theron Morgan.
Survivors include a step-daughter, Mary Harper of Princeton; and a step-grandson, Carlin Neal Porter of Princeton; a brother, Danny Morgan of Ohio; and three sisters, Joyce Ann Joyce of Princeton, Retha Towery of Caldwell County, and Doris Skaggs of Madisonville; several nieces and nephews.
