The Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts solicited bids due May 12 on 4,500 square feet of office space for use by the Circuit Clerk. The invitation to lease specified that the building be located within two blocks of the Trigg County Courthouse and available for occupancy on or before July 1. The building would be required to conform to existing building codes, Occupational Safety and Health Administration rules and the American with Disabilities Act.

Chuck McCreary of the Facilities Department of the AOC was listed as a contact for information about the solicitation. He described the process as a formality due to the owners of the current Clerk’s office increasing the rent.
