Revs. Irvin Darnall and Ronnie Hooks will officiate at the services. Burial will follow in Drury Bridges Cemetery in Trigg County.
Mr. Williams died on Saturday, June 3, 2006, at 9:09 p.m., at Trigg County Hospital of natural causes.
Mr. Williams was born on May 20, 1937, in Trigg County. He was the son of the late John Bunyon and Flocy Atkins Williams.
Mr. Williams was retired from TVA as a Carpenter Foreman; was a U.S. Army Veteran, having served in Vietnam; was a member of Linton Masonic Lodge; and was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Annie Maude Nunn; and a brother, Wilbert “Bunk” Williams.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Bridges Williams of Cadiz; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Lisa Williams of Cadiz; two grandchildren, Kalesha Williams, and Chasity and husband Trea Groves; two great-grandchildren, Clay Groves and Krizianna Elizabeth Groves; two brothers and sister-in-law, Roy Williams of Trenton, Mich.; and J.B. and Teen Williams of Benton; two sisters and brother-in-law, Hazel and Lacy Skinner of Hopkinsville, and Cynthia Frances of Beacher, Ill.; and a brother-in-law, Hale Nunn of Taylor, Mich.
The Ford Family, vocalists, and Clay King, pianist and vocalist, will provide the music.
