Rev. Steven Spitzer officiated at the services. Burial followed in Trigg Memory Acres in Cadiz.
Mrs. Collins died on Thursday, July 13, 2006, at 4:45 p.m., at her residence of natural causes.
Mrs. Collins was born on March 5, 1926, in Trigg County. She was the daughter of the late Flavious J., Sr., and Bessie Huel Williams Hanberry.
Mrs. Collins was a retired Civil Service Employee at Ft. Campbell; was a member of Cadiz United Methodist Church; was a member of N.A.R.F.E., and Widowed Persons Group.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert G. Collins; a brother, Maxie M. Hanberry; and two sisters, Mary Adeline Clark and Estelle Shemwell.
Survivors include three brothers, F.J. Hanberry and Jack Thomas Hanberry, both of Cadiz, and John Robert Hanberry of Valparaiso, Ind.; a sister, Olivia Callahan of Bethlehem, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
Clay King, vocalist and pianist, and Pam Witty, organist, provided the music.
