The bride’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Gary Mize of Asheville, North Carolina, formerly of Cadiz.
The bride’s grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Simmons of Evansville, Ind., and Rev. and Mrs. R.D. Mize of Central City.
The groom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Roy McIntosh of Redmond, Wash.
The groom’s grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Morrie Shriver, and Mr. and Mrs. Hector McIntosh all of Spokane, Wash.
The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
The bride chose her friend, Kristy Cain, of Lexington, to serve as her Matron of Honor.
The groom chose his friend, Jared Gray, of Seattle, Wash., to serve as his Best Man.
Jason Mize of Asheville, N.C., brother of the bride, served as usher.
Bonnie McIntosh of Cincinnati, Ohio, sister of the groom read a selection of scripture chosen by the bride and groom.
Kali and Grace Johnston of Evansville, Ind., cousins of the bride, served as wedding program attendants.
Music was provided by Donna Germano, harpist, of Asheville.
The ceremony was held outside at Kenmur Country Club with the reception following inside the house.
A Rehearsal Dinner was hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Roy McIntosh at The Boathouse Restaurant of Lake Julian in Asheville.
The bride is a graduate of Trigg County High School and University of Kentucky. She currently works for Omeros Corporation in Seattle as a Senior Clinical Research Associate.
The groom is a graduate of Inglemoor High School, Washington State University and Seattle University. He currently works for Parametric Associates in marketing sales.
