Carolyn B. Sorrell of Hopkinsville announces the engagement of her daughter, LeeAnn Marie Sorrell, to Kenneth Ewin Futrell, son of Pat Shelton of Cadiz, and Jerry L. Futrell of Livermore.

The bride-elect graduated from Murray State University in 2004; and is employed by Fox Creek Cattle Company in Hopkinsville.

Her fiancé graduated from Trigg County High School in 1983; and is employed by Benson International in Cadiz.

The wedding is scheduled for September 30, 2006, at 6:30 p.m., at Foxfire in Hopkinsville.
