Fourshee said that the commission was still charging $25 for county and city planning codes, though had bound the documents into a book. State open records laws require non commercial entities requesting information to pay only the costs of reproduction and materials used, which is roughly $0.10 per copy. Commercial entities must pay for the materials used and an employee’s time used within the reproduction process.
In addition to discussing the fee paid for codes, Fourshee also called for election of officers. “We always have the election of officers in August by our by-laws.”
