Rev. Mark Engler officiated at the services. Burial followed in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Ms. Barnes died on Sunday, October 15, 2006, at 12:14 p.m., at her home.
Ms. Barnes was born on June 5, 1950, in Caldwell County. She was the daughter of Jean McDaniel Dorris of Princeton, and the late Russell Dorris.
Ms. Barnes worked with Hospital Outpatient Registration; and was a 1969 graduate of Caldwell County High School.
Survivors, in addition to her mother, include a son, Dennis Tudor of Bowling Green; two grandsons, Joshua Tudor and Justin Tudor; uncle, Rex McDaniel and Aunt Christine Potter, both of Princeton; several nieces and nephews.
