Elizabeth D. Hale Shapard
Mrs. Shapard received a Master of Science degree in Nursing during a pinning ceremony on August 6, 2006. She majored in women’s health and completed courses to be a nurse practitioner specializing in the treatment of OB/GYN disorders.
Mrs. Shapard graduated from Trigg County High School in 1998, and received her BS from Austin Peay in 2002.
Mrs. Shapard and her husband, Joe, are currently residing in Houston, Texas.
Elizabeth’s mother is Cindy Walker of Hopkinsville; grandparents are Edd and Elsie Orten of Cadiz.
