Parents of the bride are Lindall and Barbara Oatts of Hopkinsville.
Parents of the groom are Betty Jo Allen of Cadiz and Cummings, Ga., and the late William O. “Billy” Allen, Jr.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents, and was escorted down the aisle by Rick Wilkins of Crofton.
The Traditional Wedding March, Canon D, was played.
Honorary Maids-of-Honor were Andrea Baker and Alexis Baker, both of Hopkinsville, daughters of the bride.
As Honorary Best Man, a memorial candle was lighted in remembrance of Billy Allen, father of the groom.
Serving as Flower Girl was Victoria Kay Wilkins, cousin of the bride and daughter of Rick and Ginger Wilkins of Crofton.
Charlie Forgy of Bowling Green served as Usher.
Amber Wilkins of Crofton and Shari Benton of Clarksville, Tenn., kept the Guest Register.
Ginger Wilkins of Crofton served as Wedding Coordinator, and was assisted by Shari Benton of Clarksville, Tenn., and Holly V. and Kay Durham, both of Crofton.
A reception followed the ceremony at the Enchanted home of the Allen’s in Hopkinsville, where all guests walked under a lighted archway of glitter and lights.
Hosts were Ginger Wilkins, Holly V., Shari Benton, and Kay Durham.
Assisting at the reception were Rick Wilkins of Crofton, Bill Batey of Portland, Tenn., and Charlie Forgy of Bowling Green.
Wedding Trip: The couple attended a Memorial Service in Cadiz given in Honor of the grooms father, William “Billy” Allen, Jr., at 4 p.m., on Saturday, during the Trigg County Ham Festival. A trip to the Islands is planned for next year.
The bride is Sales Manager with Cornette’s Office Products in Hopkinsville.
The groom is a Support Associate in the materials department at Thyssenkeupp in Hopkinsville.
Prenuptial events include a Rehearsal Dinner, given at On The Grill, by the bride and groom’s parents. Hosting were Rick and Ginger Wilkins, Kay and Tad Durham, Shari and Jesse Benton, and Andrea Baker.
A Bachelor Party was held—With Cassey at O’Charlie’s in Hopkinsville. Those attending were Bill Batey, Rick Wilkins, Jeff Ahart, Scott Baker, Charlie Forgy, Kelvin Futrell, and Bill Series.
The couple is making their home in Hopkinsville.
