Barbara is the daughter of Dallas and Vida Gray of Woodstock, Ill., formerly of Eddyville, the area where she was born and lived until the age of 10.
Joe is the son of John and Beulah Vance of Hardinsburg.
Joe and Barbara “Bobbie” are the proud parents of three sons and their families; Joe and his wife Malani; Mark and his wife Dawn and their twin daughters, Hannah and Molly; and Marty and his daughter, Jessica.
The couple currently resides in Eddyville.
