Vinson has chosen fill his old position of deputy coroner with his father, retiring Trigg County Coroner, John Vinson. Vinson said that John’s duties won’t be much different than they were when he was coroner, but that he should be working far few hours. If Vinson is out-of-town for training or working on another case, John will assume the responsibility for investigating any new deaths.
