Lamb Funeral Home in Hopkinsville was in charge of all the arrangements for the funeral services for Jack Turner Hendricks, 66, of Hopkinsville, formerly of Trigg County, conducted on Thursday, May 10, 2007, at 11 a.m., at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Hopkinsville.

Father John Thomas officiated at the services. Burial followed in the Cerulean Cemetery in Cerulean with Military Honors by the U.S. Air Force.

Mr. Hendricks died on Sunday, May 6, 2007, at 7:37 a.m., at Hopkinsville, following a long illness.

Mr. Hendricks was born August 9, 1940, in Cadiz. He was the son of the late Clifton Eldridge and Nancy Lee Wallis Hendricks.

Mr. Hendricks served in the U.S. Air Force for 27 years, and was a Senior Master Sergeant.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Bagby Hendricks of Hopkinsville; a son, Captain Jeffrey N. Hendricks of Owensboro; daughter, Beverly J. Hendricks of Hopkinsville; four brothers, James Hendricks of Cadiz, Ernest Hendricks of Murray, Malcolm R. Hendricks of Pennsylvania, and Charles T. Hendricks of Port Saint Lucie, Fla.; a sister, Margaret Henderson of Hopkinsville; and three grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church Building Fund.
