After two judges recused themselves, the arraignment for former Trigg County High School principal Chad Pruitt has been postponed until June 6.

In April, high school teacher Donna Kranz filed criminal charges against Pruitt, accusing him of terroristic threatening. She did this after hearing that Pruitt had made violent comments about her in front of at least two high school staff members. Pruitt later submitted a letter of resignation to the Trigg County Board of Education and he was reassigned to administrative duties at the central office to collect the remainder of his salary for the rest of the 2006-2008 school year.
