Cadiz Record - Mayes and Gordon announce engagement

Darlene Wilkerson and the late Henry Wilkerson, Jr., of Cadiz announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Lenora Mayes, to George E. Gordon, son of Carolyn and Isaiha Holmes of Grenada, Miss.

Darlene is a 1985 graduate of Trigg County High School and is employed by Trigg County Schools.

George is a 1981 graduate of Delta C. Seven High School in Deering, Mo., a 1996 graduate of Hopkinsville Community College, and is employed by Johnson Controls, Inc.

The wedding is scheduled for Saturday, June 16, 2007, at 3 p.m., in Gatlinburg, Tenn.

All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
