Dale and Diane Light of Cadiz would like to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their son, Roger Clayton Light, to Sarah Elizabeth Rowe, the daughter of Win and Vicki Rowe of Greenville and Julie Duncan of St. Petersburg, Fla. Rodger is the grandson of the late Thomas and Stella Johnson and the late Clayton and Irbell Light, all of Cadiz. He is a 2000 graduate of Trigg County High School and a 2005 graduate of Bowling Green Technical College, where he earned an Associates of Applied Science and an Industrial Electrician Degree. He is currently employed at Bowling Green Metal Forming.

Sarah is the granddaughter of Shirley and the late Fred Rowe III of Greenville, along with Lowell and the late Betty Johnson of Central City. She is a 2003 graduate of Muhlenberg South High School and a 2007 graduate of Western Kentucky University, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Health and Human Services, Protection and Permanancy, on the Status Offender Unit.

The wedding will take place at 4 p.m., June 30, at Second Baptist Church in Greenville with a reception to follow in the Multi Ministry Center. All friends and family are welcome to attend. Invitations will be sent to out-of-town guests only.
