Warrant Served

Dwane Edward Garner, 41, of Goodnite Motel, 278 Main Street, was arrested on June 19. He was charged with failure to appear in court and was served a Trigg County District Court Warrant for the May 15 violation.

Failure to Appear

Chad Duane Morse, 33, of 1537 South Road was arrested on June 19 after failing to appear in court. He was served a Trigg County Warrant for his June 1 violation.

Domestic Violence Leads to Arrest

Shelby Ray Mart, 19, of 3200 Princeton Road, was arrested on June 19 after a domestic violence violation on June 8. His immediate arrest was ordered by the Trigg County District Court.

Failure to Comply

Timothy Brian Jackson, 23, of 359 E Noel #4 was arrested on June 19 and charged with failure to appear. His failure to comply and failure to appear violations came on June 5 and he as served a Jefferson Co. Arrest Warrant.

Missouri Fugitive

Alfred G. Mey III, 24, of 164 Hillview Dr. was arrested on June 20 and charged with being a fugitive. The report claims that the arrest came due to a felony warrant in the state of Missouri and no warrant from here was necessary.

Man Assaults Girlfriend

Michael A. Boschell, 46, of 14 Lafayette Street was arrested on June 22 and charged with assault in the 4th degree and violating the domestic violence ordinance. The report claims that Boschell bit his girlfriend’s face which caused bleeding on her chin after an argument got out of hand. He then supposedly grabbed her around the throat which caused bleeding claw marks.

Speeding With Suspended License

Curtis Dwane Ray, 27, of 2000 A Jan Dr. was arrested on June 21 after being pulled over on 68 bypass. The report claims he was observed speeding and when stopped a license check revealed that his license was suspended out of Christian County.

Music Leads to DUI

Jamaal D. Boyd, 18, of 176 Cavanaugh Street was arrested on June 20 and charged with vehicle nuisance and DUI under 21. The report claims that the subject’s music was playing so loud that the arresting officer could hear it one or two minutes before he saw the car. Upon traffic stop, alcohol was smelled on the subject and he admitted to having had a few drinks earlier.

Warrant Served

Bobby Durell Acree, 21, of 27 McRidley Street was served with a Christian County Warrant and arrested on June 20.

Passenger Arrested

Shane McGee, 19, of 200 Tyler Road was arrested on June 20 and charged with public intoxication. The report claims that the subject was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped and admitted to smoking marijuana one to two hours earlier.

Radio Becomes Nuisance

Derrick D. Lander, 31, of 200 Washington Street as charged with vehicle nuisance on June 23. The report claims that the vehicle’s radio could be heard 300 yards away from where the officer was standing.

No Container for Prescription

Derrick D. Lander, 31, of 200 Washington Street was arrested on June 23 and charged with possession of a controlled substance and prescription not in a proper container. The report claims that upon traffic stop the subject was asked to empty his pockets and he pulled out everything except for two Lortabs which were not in a proper container.

Threats

Jessie C. Gibson, 41, of 1195 Brewers Hwy, Hardin, KY was arrested on June 23 and charged with alcohol intoxication, public consumption of alcohol, and terroristic threatening. The report claims that the subject was issued federal citations for his conduct at a campground and then released. Soon thereafter the subject was again observed drinking by police and cursing at his children. His wife claims that he threatened to burn down her house if she called the police.

Caldwell Warrant Served

Donald E. Manning, 54, of 91 Depot Street was arrested on June 22 after a theft by deception violation on June 7. He was served a Caldwell County Warrant.
