The class action suit requested a refund of property and other taxes paid by the city as part of an illegal annexation process by the City of Cadiz nearly ten years ago.
The largest refund check will go to Dr. Jerry Hart and the Hart Estate who will collect $12,291 with Arrowhead Golf Course owner Marshall Roberts collecting $9,981.
Phillip and Lugene Sadler were awarded a total of $6,882.46.
