Michael A. Tyler, 45, of 251 Jefferson Street, was arrested on June 28 for a June 14 violation. He was served a Trigg County Arrest Warrant for Failure to Comply.
Stalking at Park
Ricky L. Key, 47, of 101 Westend Street was arrested on June 29 and charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon and stalking in the 2nd degree. A complaint was made that the subject was watching the kids in the park. When police made contact with him and consent was given to search his car, a large knife was found underneath his seat.
Impaired in Accident
Nicholas R. Herndon, 17, of 190 Adams Mill Road was arrested on July 1 after being charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence. The subject was involved in a non-injury accident with another vehicle. The report claims he refused blood and urine tests.
Driver Stopped and Arrested
Terra J. Stallons, 25, of 268 Second Street was arrested on June 30 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and possession of marijuana. The report claims the subject’s car was weaving and when stopped, police smelled marijuana. They then found a partially smoked marijuana cigarette in the driver’s side floor board and found a bag in the subjects pants and purse.
Beating on door
Mark L. Pool, 32, of 72 Cunningham Avenue was arrested on July 1 and charged with alcohol intoxication. The report claims that a call was received stating that the subject was banging on the 278 First Street door and wanting to fight over an incident that happened earlier. The witness did not want to press charges.
Marijuana on Passenger
Chase W. Bush, 18, of 15863 State Route 93. South, Princeton, was arrested on June 27 and charged with possession of marijuana. The report claims that the subject was a passenger in a car that was stopped and when patted down by an officer, a baggie of marijuana was found in a cigarette box.
