Failure to Appear

Corey Alexander, 30, of 119 Depot Street was served a Trigg County Warrant and arrested on August 21. The subject was charged with failure to appear and flagrant non support.

Four Warrants for One Man

Antoine S. Martin, 48, was arrested on August 22 after a violation stemming all the way back to June 15. The subject was served with four Trigg District Warrants, all four of which were for separate charges of failing to appear.

Arrest Warrant Served

Jared W. Joiner, 21, of 483 Lafayette Street Apt. #208 was arrested on August 21 after being served with a Trigg County Arrest Warrant. The subject was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Search Warrant Executed

Abby L. Eubanks, 20, of 483 Lafayette Street was arrested on August 21 and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A search warrant was executed at the subject’s residence where marijuana and paraphernalia was recovered. Arrest warrants were issued and served.

Possession and Paraphernalia

Steven T. Buehler Jr., 18, of 247 Rich Circle was arrested on August 23 and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The subject was a passenger in a car that was stopped for suspicion of DUI. The subject was asked to step out of the vehicle and when he was patted down by officers they found a small baggie of marijuana and marijuana roaches in a cigarette box.

Disorderly Conduct in Public

Melissa G. Hunsinger, 37, of 751 Ridge Drive was arrested on August 23 and charged with DUI 2nd, and disorderly conduct. The subject’s husband called in a complaint stating that the subject had been drinking. When officers made contact with the subject she admitted to previously driving to the park before speaking with officers. Every test sobriety administered was failed by the subject and when placed under arrested she began cussing and screaming. The report claims the arrest was made in a public area with about 150 people present.

Swerving on Main Street Leads to Arrest

William D. Thomas, 18, of 37C Carlton Lane was arrested on August 23 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and DUI. The report claims the subject was pulled over for crossing the fog line three times on Main Street. The subject admitted to police that he had a pipe, marijuana roaches, and that he had smoked marijuana earlier in the day.

Cocaine Found on Passenger

David E. Highsmith, 55, of 4410 Canton Road was arrested on August 25 and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree. The report claims that the subject was a passenger in a car whose driver was arrested for DUI and that police found a baggie containing a white rock substance in his pocket. The substance field tested positive for cocaine.

Improper Registration Leads to Arrest

Linda N. Bacon, 41, of 1216 Cerulean Road was arrested on August 25 and charged with possession of marijuana and DUI. The report claims that the subject was stopped for improper display of registration and that she seemed nervous when approached by police. Marijuana was found behind the driver’s seat.
