Alcohol Intoxication:

Cadiz Police Officer J.R. Burnett arrested 31-year-old Botany Parks of Nashville, Tenn. on September 26 at the MaxFuel Express. The arrest report alleges that Parks caused a disturbance and was arrested at the location at 11:41 p.m.

Non-payment

Cadiz Police Sergeant Rick Martin detained 19-year-old James Wynn of Cadiz for the alleged non-payment of a fine on September 28. Wynn was arrested at 10:35 p.m. The arrest report did not list the conviction in which he allegedly failed to pay his fine.

Failure to Appear

Sgt. Rick Martin of the Cadiz P.D. arrested 42-year-old Dwayne Garner of Cadiz for allegedly failing to appear in court on September 29 at 6:41 p.m. The arrest report did not detail the circumstances of the summons Garner missed.

Suspended license, traffic violations

Cadiz Police Officer Matt Dolezal arrested 26-year-old Jacqueline Hendrix of Hopkinsville on September 30 at 8:23 p.m. The arrest report alleges that while investigating a traffic accident at Highway 68 and Broadbent Blvd. involving Hendricks, Dolezal determined that her operator’s license had been suspended due to a prior DUI conviction, she had no liability insurance and failed to utilize a child safety restraint. Hendricks was arrested and lodged in the Christian County Jail.
