Failure to comply

Trigg County Deputy Sheriffs arrested Justin C. Evans of 1263 Oak Grove Church Road on September 29 for the alleged failure to comply with conditions set by District Judge Jamus Redd III in a January 16 conviction for Driving with a Suspended License due to DUI, Improper Display of Registration Plates, and Failure to Maintain Insurance. Redd ordered Evens to be held in lieu of a $693 cash bond.

Execution of

warrants

Trigg County Sheriff Randy Clark executed a warrant against Elfonzo D. Hatcher, 20, of 1216 Cerulean Road, Cadiz, while in Christian County District Court. The warrant was issued for charges of Theft by Deception, including Cold Checks with a violation date of February 15. Sheriff Clark executed the warrant at 6:01 p.m. on September 29.

Two hinder arrest

Trigg County Deputy Sheriff Kenneth Butts arrested Christopher M. Williams, 21, of 620 Herndon Circle, Cadiz and John R. Choate, 22, of 1290 Maple Grove Road, Cadiz for allegedly Hindering Apprehension of a wanted man in the Second Degree on September 29.

The arrest report for both men said Butts went to the residence at 1290 Maple Grove Road to serve an arrest warrant to Justin C. Evans. Upon asking both suspects about the whereabouts of Evans “four or five times” both told Butts that they had not seen him. Butts said that he found Evans in the bedroom of the home, concealed under a bed cover while smoking a cigar.
