Deputy Sheriff Kenneth Butts arrested 37-year-old Darrell G. Wallace, with an address at #11 Goodnight Motel on October 3 on the strength of a bench warrant for Failure to Maintain Insurance. No additional details were available with the arrest report.

Sheriff Clark arrested 39-year-old Richard V. McKenzie, 746 Cerulean Drive, on the strength of a bench warrant for Assault in the Fourth Degree, Domestic Violence with Minor Injury. The warrant was based on an October 23 complaint alleging that the suspect hit the alleged victim with fists, a belt and slapped her face. District Judge Jamus Redd III ordered the accused held in lieu of a $10,000 cash bond.

Deputy Butts arrested Dean A. McCraw, 42, of 35 Beachwood Ct. for Alcohol Intoxication on October 4. After receiving a call complaining of someone taking a gun from the caller, he alleges to have seen McCraw standing in the road with a long gun. Butts said that a woman at the scene said McCraw threatened her with the weapon so she, and possibly others took the weapon from the suspect.

On October 7, Deputy Butts arrested Melissa L. Zirkle, 33, of 732 Caledonia Road on allegations of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The uniform citation claims that after a fight with a neighbor, the suspect left the scene on foot after consuming alcohol.

Deputy Butts served a bench warrant for the arrest of Brian J. Rogers 30, of 185 Bakers Court charging Theft by Unlawful Taking, less than $60. The warrant claims that the suspect took a saw valued at $60 from the victim and has disposed of the property. He was held in lieu of a $500 cash bond

Deputy Butts arrested Michael D. McMullen, 18, of 9714 Princeton Road on October 7 for alleged Alcohol Intoxication and Terroristic Threatening. The uniform citation said that Butts received a loud noise complaint at the Paradise Trailer Park and found the suspect walking around, alleging that he had been drinking. No explanation was readily available for the terroristic threatening charge.
