Elder Jeff Winfrey officiated at the services. Burial followed in the Rosedale Cemetery in Dawson Springs.
Mr. Freeman died on Sunday, November 18, 2007, at 5 a.m., in Hopkinsville.
Mr. Freeman was born of July 19, 1953, in Trigg County. He was the son of Ethel “Teet” Fuller Freeman of Princeton, and the late Walter Freeman.
Mr. Freeman was a Maintenance Technician with Martin Rea Manufacturing in Hopkinsville, and was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Princeton.
In addition to his father in 2003, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Courtney Kay Freeman in September 2004.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his wife, Terri Young Freeman of Dawson Springs; daughter, Christa Hope Freeman Perkins of Fredonia; two sons, Dowell Freeman of Princeton and McCade Freeman of Dawson Spring; two sisters, Sue Herndon and Linda Poindexter, both of Princeton; four brothers, Walter Earl Freeman of Ill., William Freeman and Kenneth Freeman, both of Princeton, and Ray Freeman of North Carolina; two grandchildren, Caleb Perkins and Addi Perkins; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins in Trigg County.
Serving as pallbearers were Dowell Freeman, Justin Perkins, Jason Morris, Robin Morris, Kerry Lax, and Randy Freeman.
