Fourth-time DUI

Cadiz Police Officer J.R. Burnett arrested 24-year-old Timothy D. Williams of Sunset Circle, Cadiz for an alleged fourth DUI offense on November 18.

Burnett claims that he observed the suspect operating a motor vehicle and had prior knowledge of the suspension of Williams operating license for DUI. Burnett’s report stated that Williams did not stop when commanded and maintained a speed of 30 miles per hour until arriving at his residence.

Upon stopping, the arresting officer said that he smelled alcoholic beverages. Police charged Williams with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a fourth offense of DUI.

Non-support

The Trigg County Sheriff’s Department arrested Charles Bond, Sr., 38, of 3628 Linton Road, Cadiz for alleged flagrant non-payment of child support on November 20. The report did not list the amount of Bond’s alleged payments in arrears.

Non-payment

Deputy Kenneth Butts of the Trigg County Sheriff’s Department arrested Chas L. Alexander, 24, of 119 Depot Street, Cadiz on November 20 on the strength of a Trigg County Bench Warrant. The District Court warrant alleges that Alexander did not pay an unspecified fine for unlisted charges.

Failure to Appear

Deputy Butts also arrested Adam W. Andrews, 23, of 316 North Eagle, Princeton on November 20 on the strength of a bench warrant for failure to appear. Circumstances surrounding that warrant were not included in the uniform citation.
