Rev. Mark Choate officiated at the service. Burial followed in the Cemetery.
Goodwin Funeral Home was in charge of all the arrangements.
Ms. Buskirk died on Thursday, December 13, 2007, at 3:25 a.m., at the Health Center of Windermere in Orlando, Fla., of natural causes.
Ms. Buskirk was born on July 27, 1929, in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was the daughter of the late John Stewart Mill and Frances Yetter Bensinger.
Ms. Buskirk was a retired Transcriptionist, and was a member of the Christian Faith.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Karen Buskirk and Robert Horton of Cadiz.
