Danielle D. Pepper, 26, of 207 Deepwood Estates, was arrested on Dec. 19 by the Trigg County Sheriff’s Department after serving her with a Trigg County warrant for failure to appear in court.
Arrest for May and June charges
James D. Pepper, 45, of 119 Light Cemetery Rd., was arrested on Dec. 19 after being served with Trigg County bench warrants for nonpayment of fines and failure to appear in court. He was faced with two charges of theft by deception, including cold checks, on May 1, and another by June 12.
Shanna Lyn Miller, 28, was arrested on Dec. 20 after being served with a Trigg county bench warrant for failure to appear. She was originally charged on Dec. 11 with driving with a suspended license, failure to produce an insurance card and no/expired registration plates.
Confrontation leads to tasing
Guy Justin Gosnell, 24, of 5449 Canton Rd., was arrested on Dec. 21 and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. According to the report, Gosnell had felony warrants against him and Deputy Kenneth Butts had read him his rights while he was in the side room of the clerk’s office. Gosnell got out of his chair and the arresting officer told him he was under arrest. He “got up in the officer’s face, stating ‘Don’t touch me,’ refusing to be handcuffed.” Other officers arrived, and Gosnell was cuffed in the front. He jumped up and came at the officer. He was then tased and stunned. The warrants was for burglary in the first degree. Gosnell reportedly entered a residence and removed firearms and other articles from the home.
Christopher McWatkins, 19, was arrested after being served with a warrant for burglary in the first degree. His bond was posted at $20,000.
