Funeral services for Jimmy Wyatt, 50, of Cadiz, were conducted on Thursday, January 17, 2008, at 11 a.m., at Goodwin Funeral Home, with Military Honors provided by Pennyrile Area Honor Guard and U.S. Navy.

Revs. Matt Dusenburg and Lester Watson officiated at the services. Burial followed in Kentucky Veteran’s Cemetery-West in Hopkinsville.

Mr. Wyatt died on Monday, January 14, 2008, at 3:30 a.m., at his residence following a short illness.

Mr. Wyatt was born on January 17, 1957, in Golden Pond, Ky. He was the son of Susie Hargrove Wyatt of Cadiz, and the late Lloyd Helton Wyatt.

Mr. Wyatt was a U.S. Navy veteran.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Martha Nell Wyatt.

Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his wife, Rhonda Faye Bailey Wyatt of Cadiz; two sons, Jamie Wyatt of Marion and Timothy Wyatt of Murray; three daughters, Jennifer Frommel of Hopkinsville, Amber Kendrick of Wildwood, Ga., and Casey Wyatt of Murray; four brothers, Lloyd Wyatt of Cerulean, Billy Wyatt and Johnny Wyatt, both of Cadiz, and Wesley Wyatt of South Union, Tenn.; three sisters, Virginia Merrick, Sadie Cole and Debbie Boyd, all of Cadiz; six grandchildren, Courtney Frommel, Bailey Wyatt, Taylor Wyatt, Catherine Wyatt, Harley Collins, and Carter Collins.

Serving as pallbearers were Jamie Wyatt, Andy Dawson, Jerry Hargrove, Ryan Kendrick, Justin Collins, and Steve Frommel.
